At QUIET HUB, we stand behind what we create. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- For quality and hygiene reasons, packages cannot be opened or tried on at the time of delivery. If the size doesn’t fit or you change your mind, you can still request an exchange or return within the 7-day period.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item was delivered damaged or different from what was ordered.

To request an exchange or return, contact us through our WhatsApp or Instagram DMs, and our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and approved. Couriers do not handle cash refunds. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
